These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of HomeSchool Pup (the "Service"), operated by Strelzik Veterinary Services LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

HomeSchool Pup provides puppy training guides, checklists, personalized plans, and an AI chat assistant ("Coach Max"). Content is a general information resource, not professional veterinary, medical, or legal advice.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization. Individual users must be of legal age to contract.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

Coach Max and other AI features generate outputs that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Outputs are not professional veterinary, medical, or behavioral advice. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, and for verifying accuracy before acting. Do not submit content you do not have rights to. We may filter, refuse, or moderate outputs, and we may suspend accounts for prohibited use (including illegal content, harassment, malware, or attempts to jailbreak safety controls).

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, guides, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have purchased. You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the Service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and refund mechanics are described in the Paddle Buyer Terms, and refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete associated data after a reasonable period.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Strelzik Veterinary Services LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
