We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all refunds. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Follow the on-screen steps to request a refund, or contact Paddle support from that page.
3. Alternatively, contact us through our support channels and we will help coordinate with Paddle.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; refunds for the current billing period are handled under the 30-day guarantee above.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
