This Privacy Notice describes how Strelzik Veterinary Services LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use HomeSchool Pup (the "Service"). Strelzik Veterinary Services LLC is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, login credentials.
• Puppy profile data: breed, age, and preferences you enter into the plan builder.
• Support communications: messages you send us and their contents.
• Usage and telemetry: pages viewed, features used, chat interactions with Coach Max.
• Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies.

Payment and billing information is collected directly by our reseller, Paddle, and is not stored by us.

2. How we use your data

• To create and manage your account (legal basis: contract performance).
• To provide the Service, including personalized training plans and AI chat responses (contract performance).
• To provide customer support (contract performance / legitimate interests).
• To secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse (legitimate interests).
• To improve product features and content (legitimate interests).
• To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).
• To send marketing communications where you have opted in (consent).

3. Who we share data with

• Paddle — our Merchant of Record for the sale of the Service, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, analytics, AI model providers, and support tooling that process data on our behalf.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting professionals as needed.
• Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

4. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after account closure.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.
