Getting our emails

We send order receipts, password resets, and download links from noreply@notify.homeschoolpup.com. Because our sending domain is new, some inboxes route our first few emails to spam or promotions until you tell them we're wanted mail.

Step 1 — Find the email

Check these folders in order: Spam / Junk, then Promotions (Gmail), then Updates or Other.

Step 2 — Mark as not spam

Gmail (web)

  1. Open the email in your Spam folder.
  2. Click Report not spam at the top.
  3. The email moves back to your Inbox — future messages will land there too.

Gmail (iPhone / Android app)

  1. Tap the menu (☰) → Spam.
  2. Open the email, tap the three-dot menu, choose Report not spam.

Apple Mail (iPhone / iPad)

  1. Open your Junk folder and tap the email.
  2. Tap the flag icon → Move to Inbox.
  3. Tap the sender's name → Add to VIP or Add to Contacts.

Outlook / Hotmail

  1. Open the Junk Email folder.
  2. Right-click the message → Mark as not junk (or Report → Not junk).
  3. Optionally add notify.homeschoolpup.com to Safe senders.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Open the Spam folder and select the email.
  2. Click Not Spam at the top.

Step 3 — Add us to your contacts (optional)

Add noreply@notify.homeschoolpup.com to your address book. Most email providers automatically deliver mail from known contacts to the inbox.
